I orders 2 pairs of low dynamic seamless shorts and they didn't fit great so I returned them and got a replacement for the high version instead. The return and replacement was super fast, however when I got them, the black pair of the high version didn't fit but the blue pair did (both medium, but black activewear can be smaller than other colours cus of the material). I tried to return just black pair but got charged a $37 fee for postage. I didn't realise that a returns cover is included in your initial order but when returning and getting replacement, it wasn't included so no free return. I emailed and asked if I could get a return label without paying the fee and they said yes and were very helpful. I have got the second replacement now and they are fantastic. Really impressed by the customer service of this brand!
