Order Editing Terms & Conditions
At Kikiva, we understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. To make shopping with us more convenient, we offer customers a 15-minute Order Editing Window immediately after an order has been successfully placed.
During this time, eligible customers may update certain aspects of their order using our Order Editing feature.
By placing an order with Kikiva, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Editing Window
Customers have 15 minutes from the time their order is successfully placed to make eligible changes using our Order Editing feature.
Once the 15-minute editing window has expired:

No further changes can be made to your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled.
-
Shipping addresses cannot be updated.
-
Products, sizes, colours or quantities cannot be changed.
-
Discount codes cannot be added.
-
Payment methods cannot be changed.
-
Customer Support cannot manually make any changes to your order.
The 15-minute Order Editing Window is strict and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
2. Available Order Edits
During the 15-minute editing window, customers may be able to:

Edit their shipping address.
-
Update their contact information.
-
Add additional products to their order.
-
Remove products from their order.
-
Increase or decrease product quantities.
-
Switch product variants, including size and colour.
-
Apply an eligible discount code.
-
Change their payment method (where available).
-
Cancel their order.
-
Download their tax invoice.
Available editing options may vary depending on your payment method, product availability and system limitations.
3. Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Shipping addresses may only be updated within the 15-minute Order Editing Window.
Once this period has expired:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed.
-
Customer Support cannot manually update addresses.
-
Orders will be shipped to the address entered during checkout.
Kikiva is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address incorrectly provided by the customer.
4. Product Changes
Customers may edit products during the editing window, including:

Adding products.
-
Removing products.
-
Changing quantities.
-
Changing sizes.
-
Changing colours.
-
Switching available variants.
All changes remain subject to stock availability.
Products are not reserved while an order is being edited and may sell out before changes are completed.
Kikiva cannot guarantee product availability during the editing process.
5. Stock Availability
Submitting an order edit does not reserve inventory.
Products may become unavailable while an order is being edited due to purchases made by other customers.
If a requested item sells out before an edit is successfully completed, Kikiva is unable to guarantee the requested change.
6. Discount Codes
Eligible discount codes may only be applied during the 15-minute Order Editing Window.
Once this period has expired:

Discount codes cannot be manually applied.
-
Refunds will not be issued for forgotten discount codes.
-
Partial refunds will not be provided.
-
Customer Support cannot retrospectively honour missed discounts.
Discount codes remain subject to their own individual terms, conditions, expiry dates and eligibility requirements.
Only one eligible discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within the 15-minute Order Editing Window using the Order Editing feature.
After this period:

Orders cannot be cancelled.
-
Customer Support cannot manually cancel orders.
-
Cancellation requests submitted after the editing window cannot be accommodated.
This applies regardless of whether the order has been packed, allocated, or is awaiting dispatch.
8. Payment
If additional products are added to an order, customers must successfully complete payment before the changes are confirmed.
If payment cannot be processed successfully:

The requested changes will not be applied.
-
The original order will remain unchanged where possible.
Certain payment methods, including third-party payment providers such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay or similar services, may not support every Order Editing feature.
9. Pricing & Promotions
Products added during the Order Editing Window will be charged at the price displayed at the time the edit is completed.
If a promotion, sale or discount ends before your edit is finalised, updated pricing may apply.
Kikiva is not responsible for pricing differences resulting from changes made after a promotion has ended.
10. Order Fulfilment
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Once the 15-minute editing period has expired, orders immediately enter our fulfilment process.
At this point:

Orders cannot be retrieved.
-
Orders cannot be modified.
-
Orders cannot be cancelled.
-
Warehouse staff cannot manually alter packed or allocated orders.
-
Customer Support cannot request manual changes from the warehouse.
This process allows us to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
11. Technical Issues
While Kikiva strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Order Editing feature, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Internet connectivity.
-
Shopify outages.
-
Third-party applications.
-
Payment provider interruptions.
-
Scheduled maintenance.
-
Unexpected technical issues.
Technical issues do not extend the 15-minute Order Editing Window.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including:

Shipping address.
-
Billing information.
-
Contact details.
-
Products selected.
-
Sizes.
-
Colours.
-
Quantities.
-
Discount codes.
The Order Editing feature is provided as a courtesy and does not replace the customer's responsibility to ensure their order is correct before purchase.
13. No Manual Exceptions
To ensure fairness for all customers and maintain efficient warehouse operations, Kikiva is unable to make manual exceptions once the 15-minute Order Editing Window has expired.
This includes requests to:

Change shipping addresses.
-
Cancel orders.
-
Apply discount codes.
-
Add or remove products.
-
Change sizes or colours.
-
Update quantities.
-
Change payment methods.
No exceptions will be made outside the editing window.
14. Abuse of the Order Editing Feature
Kikiva reserves the right to refuse, restrict or disable access to the Order Editing feature where misuse or suspicious activity is identified, including but not limited to:
-
Fraudulent activity.
-
Attempts to manipulate promotions or pricing.
-
Repeated misuse of discount codes.
-
Excessive order editing that impacts business operations.
-
Activity that breaches our Terms of Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kikiva is not liable for:
-
Forgotten discount codes after the editing period.
-
Incorrect shipping addresses not updated within the editing period.
-
Inability to cancel an order after the editing period.
-
Products selling out while an order is being edited.
-
Pricing changes following the end of a promotion.
-
Technical interruptions affecting the Order Editing feature.
-
Payment provider restrictions.
-
Requests submitted after the 15-minute Order Editing Window.
16. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a customer is entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those statutory rights will always apply.
17. Changes to These Terms
Kikiva reserves the right to amend or update these Order Editing Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
Please note: Orders may only be edited or cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this period, no changes can be made, including address updates, order cancellations, product changes or discount code requests.
