Kikiva EOFY Sale — Terms & Conditions

Sale Period:
The KIKIVA EOFY Sale begins at 9:00 AM AWST on Tuesday 23rd June 2026.


1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all retail customers shopping via the official Kikiva website (www.kikivacollection.com) during the promotion period.
Wholesale, collaboration, or influencer orders are not eligible unless otherwise stated.


2. Discount Details

  • EOFY discounts are automatically applied at checkout on eligible items.

  • Discount percentages and availability may vary between products and collections.

  • Prices are as marked and subject to change without notice.

  • No rainchecks or retrospective discounts will be provided for purchases made before or after the sale period.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code, unless specifically stated otherwise (only athlete codes)

  • The only discount available are our athlete codes of 5% savings. This extra discount can only be used on discounted / sale products. Not available to use on Pre-Order products.


3. Exclusions

Unless stated otherwise, the following items are excluded from the EOFY:

  • Gift Cards

  • Selected collaborations and limited editions (no extra discounts will work on full price items)

  • Items marked as Final Sale


4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour. The only exception is if you wish to return for the EXACT SAME PRODUCT just an alternative size.

  • Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and replaced or refunded if deemed defective.

  • Full-priced items purchased during the sale period are eligible for return under KIKIVA’s standard return policy.


5. Shipping & Dispatch

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched due to high order volumes during the sale period.

  • Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • KIKIVA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Free shipping thresholds and standard rates apply unless otherwise specified.


6. Customer Service

Due to increased inquiries during EOFY, please allow 3–7 business days for our customer care team to respond to emails.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.


7. Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or combined with another order.
Please ensure all details — including size, colour, and shipping address are correct before completing checkout.


8. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST (where applicable).
Prices are final at the time of purchase and are subject to product availability.


9. Promotional Changes

Kikiva reserves the right to:

  • Amend, suspend, or withdraw the sale at any time without prior notice.

  • Cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or appears fraudulent.


Gift With Purchase (GWP) — Malakai x KIKIVA 18K Gold Bangle

  • Customers who spend $150 AUD or more in a single transaction during the Black Friday Sale will receive a complimentary pair of Malakai x KIKIVA 18K Gold Bangle.

  • The GWP offer is available while stocks last — once stock is exhausted, no substitutes or rainchecks will be provided.

  • The minimum spend requirement of $150 applies after discounts and before shipping costs.

  • If an order that qualified for a GWP is returned or refunded, the complimentary item must also be returned in its original condition.

  • Kikiva reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.

  • Any promotional offers, giveaways, or competitions conducted during the EOFY Sale are subject to the specific terms of each promotion.

  • Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry. To be eligible, customers must comply with all promotional requirements, including any entry conditions outlined in the competition details, such as placing an order during the promotional period.

  • Failure to meet the stated eligibility criteria may result in disqualification from the promotion.

$6.99 aud Standard Shipping Fee and all orders over $250 aud have free shipping.

$14.99 flat rate express shipping and international. 


Use code "FREESHIPPING" at the
checkout. If customer fails to use discount code unfortunately we are unable to refund this cost after order has been made. 

Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse facility our team takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged or missing parcels if 'no shipping protection has been selected'.

Shipping Protection

If you paid and selected 'shipping protection' at the checkout you are covered for any damaged, lost or stolen packages by Kikiva Collection Pty Ltd. We will replace your full package. If you did not select and pay for 'shipping protection' at the checkout Kikiva is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Description and proof of the lost, stolen or damaged package needs to be reported to info@kikivacollection.com within 7 days to be eligible for 'shipping protection' compensation.

In the unlikely situation where there is a damage to one of the products once consumer has owned the product you must contact us via email as soon as possible. If a product is faulty within 30 days of a customer receiving our products and providing our team with proof (images & description of issue) we can compensate accordingly and come to a solution with our customers. Any products that are made to us after this 30-day period we are unable to compensate due to this being considered as wear & tear and at customer fault.

cancel my order?

Once an order has been made this is finalised and we are unable to change the order. Due to the influx of orders, we receive and process daily we are unable to cancel, change or edit any orders. Once an order has been made by the customer and they wish to exchange or return a product after dispatch they must email our customer service team who will provide them with the details of how to return their order with the exchange or return, they wish to make.
