When does the sale go live?

Our website will be locked from 9am AWST Monday the 18th for 24 hours and re open at 9am AWST Tuesday when our sale goes live.

 

What is on sale?

Our entire website will be on sale with the minimum discount is 30% off all the way up to 80% off site wide.

 

Can I use a discount code at checkout?

During our sale period no discount codes can be used, this also includes shipping codes. At checkout the sale discount price will automatically be applied.

 

Will collections be restocked?

YES! We will have all collections back in stock.

 

What if things sell out?

We have made sure to order so much stock however if collections and products do end up selling out we will open pre order which will have a strict turn around of 6 weeks, our pre order will open up for a only selection of products & collection which will be advertised.

 

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong size, need to return something or change my order?

Unfortunately during our sale period we do not allow for any returns or exchanges to be made, no exceptions. Once an order has been made we are unable to change, edit or cancel any items or payment methods for orders. This is due to the high influx of orders we receive daily and our team already packing and fulfilling all orders. We ask before you check out to confirm your order and review all details as all orders are final and can not be changed.

 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Our team will be working overtime as well as additional hours to get all of your orders out. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed, verified and shipped from our warehouse facility, please also note any orders made with express shipping to allow extra business days for dispatch also. For pre orders please allow up to 5 business days once the stock has arrived to our facility for processing.

 

How do I get in contact in regards to my order?

We will have our customer service team replying and responding to your enquires all day however please allow up to 5 business days for you email to get responded to due to the high demand and influx of requests we will be receiving during this time. What if I ordered something and my order can not be fulfilled?

In the very unlikely circumstance of your order not being able to be fulfilled due to an item either being over sold, damaged or missing we will refund this item and ship out the remainder of your order. You will be notified if this was something to happen.

Please note if your order has an in stock item AND a pre order item this entire order will not be spilt or shipped separately!
